Ms. Sanjna Saxena

Ms. Sanjna Saxena had done M.Sc., Psychological Counselling. Ms Sanjna has experience with individual and couples counselling for adolescents and adults. She works with clients in dealing with interpersonal concerns, stress management, anxiety and academic concerns.I hold a Master of Science in Psychological Counselling from Montfort College.I have 6 years of experience working with more than 3000 adults with an array of concerns like depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma. I have helped clients make vocational and personal adjustments.I use an eclectic approach to work with clients and believe in working with the uniqueness of each client using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.My research work during my Masters's course was on ‘The Effect of Parental Upbringing on their Children’s Romantic Relationships’ which helped me grow my interest in the field of relationships.
